Auto Car | Hamann BMW 7 Series F01 and F02 2009 | HAMANN has just released details regarding the work they have done on the new BMW 7 Series (F01 and F02). The exterior has been beefed up by installing a new front skirt with integrated LED daytime running lights, a roof spoiler and a rear spoiler. Four tailpipes poke out from the rear bumper. Side skirts are part of the aerodynamic package and they also enhance the look.Buyers can select from a range of wheels, from 19-inch to 22-inch in diameter. The top deep dish alloy rims are sized at 9.0Jx22 inches up front and 10.5Jx22 inches at the rear. They come in a glossy black paint with a diamond-grinded rim star. Respectively the matching tyres are 265 / 30ZR22 and 295 / 25ZR22.

HAMANN goes over the chassis. There’s four progressively coiled springs which lower the center of gravity by 40 millimeters at the front and rear axles, and HAMANN also says that it gives the 7 a “dynamic appearance. ” There’s also a lowering kit for the 750i and 750Li. And they also do some cool stuff with the diesel version of the 7. Variable turbine geometrics are already in the works that will increase the oil burners power output by 45 HP up to 245 hp.

The components of the aerodynamic kit are individually adjusted perfectly by Hamann to establish the design. This results in an exhilarating style with a maximized airflow over the car’s profile. The front skirt with built-in LED daytime running lights provide a more aggressive appearance and passive safety is consequently raised and, in combination with the roof and rear spoilers, lift is lowered and provide the car with overall design appeal.

The Hamann side skirts, available in the F01 model, make the external connection between the front and rear sections of the car. The four-pipe sport end and silencer can be fitted in the optional rear shield insert for the side skirt of the model 730d and 740i. The diameter of the four round stainless steel end pipes comes with 90mm diameter, besides providing a powerful, ground-shaking sound, also totally improves the rear section of the 7-series BMW. Under way also is a performance upgrade for the Diesel powerplant that comes with variable turbine geometrics.
