Auto Car | Chevrolet ImpalaZ SS Concept by Bo Zolland in 2006 | in 1912, Durant had the idea that McLaughlin was in full production to build cars with an electric train McLaughlin Buick (15 year contract with McLaughlin Durant). with some of the uniqueness of this car was now present a new look primarily to the more challenging. McLaughlin began Chevrolet truck in 1919 and General Motors Corporation in 1916 into a. McLaughlin was trading at $ 500,000.00 in Durant Buick shares traded him to McLaughlin shares at November 20, 1907. This investment by McLaughlin and Durant gives more ownership McLaughlin at General Motors and Chevrolet in the Canadian House Chevrolet. Truck factory was closed after building a truck from 1919.

On November 3, 1911 a racecar driver and automotive engineer Louis Chevrolet cofounded the Chevrolet Motor Car Company with William C. Durant (ousted founder of General Motors) and investment partners William Little (maker of the Little automobile) and Dr. Edwin R. Campbell (son-in-law of Durant).Durant was ousted from the management of General Motors in 1910.This is a concept Chevy from Vizualtech team. The idea came up when discussing what a "tame" car Chevrolet has become (at least models sold in Europe). It feels like it's just Korean Japan copies with a Chevy badging. Bear in mind that I was a car nut in the muscle car days, and terms like SS-427 and LS-7, ZL-1 just can't leave me alone. The Chrysler 300C is a great success even in Europe, and that's when I decided along with a Swedish magazine to see what a freelance designer could do in a couple of weeks.

The mission was to make a near production design but still a concept. I started to outline the basics I wanted to have in the design:
1. Must be Big as we feel a American car used to be.
2. Design elements from the past great Chevy's and great GM cars to make it something else, and recognizable (restore the brand)
3. Low and Road hugging
4. Attitude, "here I come"
5. Attractive as a performance 2 door wagon for US and Euro urban high-income people.
6. Long wheelbase, good handling.
7. V-8 engine (might be a hybrid fuel Z-06 motor)

Design elements I have incorporated are:
1. Vista cruiser hump in the roof section
2. Camaro concept and 60:s Impala similarity in grille/front end.
3 V-shape on different places as hood, roof, rear etc. to make it somewhat "Impalish"
Interior is not done, might do if a client wants to complete it.Name is ImpalaZ SS.
