Wing Doors
An even more profound modification to the body involves the fitting of the Hamann in-house developed wing doors. The objective was to design a stable, but relatively inconspicuous system. The hinges of the Hamann wing door conversion are only just about visible, without giving the impression of having been retrofitted. This ensures that the Gallardo still cuts a fine figure when the entrance area is inspected. The conversion is performed at Hamann and takes about a week. The Hamann wing doors are characterized by the fact that they open upwards at an angle - as already seen in the models Countach, Diablo and Murcielago on which they are based.



More Power
Needless to say, Hamann also lends the Lamborghini Gallardo more power and performance. The German tuner has obtained this by fitting two types of sports rear mufflers - one version can be used in conjunction with the original tailpipes, thanks to the supplied adaptors, while the other version has four tailpipes each with a 76 mm diameter - from V2A stainless steel. When fitted in conjunction with Hamann sports metal catalysts, they increase both the bhp values and the torque. For the Lamborghini Gallardo, Hamann is also offering the option of recalibrating the standard ECU coupled with optimized mapping. This leads to an increase in power of 30 bhp (series 520 bhp) and a 30 lb-ft increase in torque for this Italian powerhouse. The top speed increases to 198 mph.
Improved Braking System
Drivers of fast cars are often underestimated by other road users. Precarious situations can often be defused safely by fitting better brakes. Accordingly, for the Gallardo Spyder and its hard-top variant, Hamann offers sports braking systems both for the front and back. The braking system for the front consists of two slotted and inside-vented Hamann brake discs in the dimensions 380 x 34 mm and two Hamann eight-piston fixed caliper brakes in red (other colors optionally available). Hamann equips the braking system for the rear with two slotted and inside-vented brake discs in the dimension 360 x 32 mm, two six-piston fixed caliper brakes in red and special handbrake linings.
Both sports braking systems are supplied complete with Hamann special brake pads and Hamann adapters along with all the fastenings.



Wheels Available in 19' and 20'
The stylishly, sporty concept of the Hamann Lamborghini Gallardo is rounded off by the composite, forged Anniversary II light alloy wheel. This exclusive wheel in its multi-spoke design conveys a sense of pure, unadulterated motor racing. The silver rim with its mirror-finished rim flange looks both stylish and luxurious. The front axle is fitted with wheels in the dimensions 9 x 19 inches, with size 235/35 ZR19 tires. The rear axle is fitted with the Anniversary II wheel rims in the dimensions 12 x 19 inches and tires in the size 295/30 ZR19. With this solution, Hamann enables its customers to continue using the series tires of the original wheel on a new rim.



Hamann also offers the Anniversary II as a 20-inch version, namely at the front, in 8.5 x 20 dimensions with tire size 235/30 ZR20, and at the rear in 11.5 x 20 dimensions with tire size 325/25 ZR20. A new addition to the range is the Hamann 20 inch light alloy wheel "Edition Race". This wheel is fitted on the front axle in an 8.5 x 20 dimension with size 235/30 ZR20 tires and on the rear axle in an 11.25 x 20 dimension with size 325/25 ZR20 tires.

More performance means more driving pleasure, without question. So the HAMANN engineers developed a balanced performance boost for each MINI model. The result for the 1.4 liter four-cylinder turbo diesel engine of the MINI One is an impressive 90 hp and 216 Nm maximum torque.



This boost of around 25 hp more than the showroom model allow the HAMANN-Mini to sprint from 0 to over 60 mph (around 100 km/h) in only 13 seconds, and top speed is bumped up to an impressive pace of over 105 mph (170 km/h). For the 1.6 liter four-cylinder gasoline engine, HAMANN has an even more effective performance boost to offer. Comprehensive modifications provide 120 horsepower, instead of the stock 90 hp under the hood.
MINI Cooper owners can also look forward to a HAMANN motor kit that boosts performance a full 128 hp compared to the 115 hp standard equipment.



And HAMANN’s engineers have gone and developed two motor kits for the MINI Cooper S. This includes the so-called CS1 performance increase, boosting performance from 32 hp to 195 hp at 6,100 RPMs. The top-of-the-line HAMANN CS4 SPORTKIT comprises a sport air filter, an altered conversion for the mechanical compressor and a complete high-performance exhaust system with header system, metal catalytic converter and front and rear silencers. All components are precisely calibrated with one another using modified motor electronics. All of this together ensures the corresponding ‘Uh-oh!’ effect. The HAMANN modified 1.6 liter four-cylinder compressor motor provides an impressive 211 hp and maximum torque of 255 Nm. Of course, this also has a positive effect on the driving performance. The HAMANN MINI Cooper S only needs 6.6 seconds to sprint from 0 to over 60 mph (100 km/h), and top speed is boosted up to over 142 mph (229 km/h).



The increased performance is created by, among other things, the HAMANN sport rear silencers, which are available in different versions with two or four tailpipes depending upon the motor. And the prime beneficiary of the sport rear silencers is the sound, which thanks to the HAMANN technology, gives the MINIs a fat, sonorous voice.
In order to also transfer the performance at its best to the street, a height-adjustable coilover suspension was built for all current MINI models. This sporty, calibrated suspension with its special alignment of the progressive springs to the shocks allows pure driving pleasure. The MINI reacts with noticeably more precise steering, and sits on the asphalt like it’s on rails.



Additionally, the HAMANN coilover suspension lowers the front axle by up to 50 millimeters and the rear axle by 30 millimeters.
Corresponding with the motor modifications, the HAMANN designers have also created comprehensive aerodynamic components for all MINI models, such as a broad front apron which completely replaces the stock bumper and gives this small Brit a powerful appearance, particularly in combination with the sporty-looking radiator grill featuring two large intakes. And the HAMANN rear spoiler guarantees sporty optics.

HAMANN has created a front spoiler lip for easy mounting onto the showroom front for the MINI One and the Cooper.
For the MINI Cooper S, the HAMANN front spoiler was conceived so that it can easily be attached under the stock bumper. It reduces the lift on the front axle at higher speeds. At the rear of the Cooper S, the HAMANN diffuser assures a powerful, sporty rear view.

Anyone who thinks that an off-road car is not suitable for cruising around in and should always remain untouched for off-road driving, should stop reading here. Fortunately, however, HAMANN and most drivers of a Range Rover Sport see things differently. After all, they do tend to drive mostly on tarmac rather than through forests and across open countryside.
To ensure that the performance on tarmac with such a heavy vehicle as the Range Rover doesn’t disappoint, HAMANN starts out by tuning the engine. Both with the 2.7 liter V6 Diesel and the 4.4 liter V8, the Laupheim-based tuning specialist optimizes the characteristic maps. By recalibrating the series ECU, the Diesel generates 165 kW/225 bhp at 4000 rpm, the torque being a solid 510 Nm even at 1900 rpm.



Following the modification, the 4.4 liter naturally aspirated engine generates an impressive 238 kW/323 bhp at 5500 rpm and 450 Nm at 4000 rpm. Look out export customers – the HAMANN SPORTKIT for the series V8 supercharged engine turns the Range Rover Sport into a real racer! To achieve the power boost to 349 kW/475 bhp at 5740 rpm and the maximum torque of 610 Nm at 3500 rpm, a number of tuning measures are required. In addition to optimized characteristic maps, HAMANN modifies the supercharger ratio and installs a sports high-performance header, sports metal catalytic converters and a sports rear muffler.



The latter emphasizes the sound of the newly acquired power. HAMANN offers the 4-pipe sports rear muffler with round stainless steel tailpipes (diameter 90 mm each) also independently of the power boost for all V8 engine configurations. For the 4.4i V8, a sports high-performance header and sports metal catalytic converters are also available (both exclusively for export).
Otherwise committed to the British sense of understatement, when equipped with its new aerodynamic body kit, the HAMANN Range Rover Sport speaks a different language. For instance, HAMANN fits a far sportier front apron with two integrated high beams and a pair of fog lights. HAMANN adorns the sides with side sills, whilst at the rear end, a rear apron provides the counter pole to the front spoiler. A roof spoiler allows the Range Rover Sport to run more smoothly at higher speeds. To complete the picture, HAMANN fits air inlet trims from carbon fiber.



To ensure that this juggernaut also stops quicker, HAMANN equips a sports braking system on the front axle, thus making a significant contribution to the safety. The system itself consists of two slotted and inside-vented brake discs in the dimension 380x34mm, two HAMANN eight-piston fixed caliper brakes in red (other colors available subject to an extra charge) plus special brake pads and Stahlflex brake pipes.
Rims in 20 to 23 inch models
As usual, HAMANN customers are spoilt for choice when it comes to wheel rims. The Laupheim specialists are offering no fewer than four designs.
Since large cars only look good with large wheels, HAMANN offers both designs PG3 and ANNIVERSARY I in 22 inch versions. The Laupheim car customizer fits the PG3 wheel, a composite rim, in the ‘Silver’ edition with a high-gloss varnished rim flange. The large 10.5x22 rim with a sporty five-spoke design is available from HAMANN also as a complete set of wheels fitted with tires in the dimension 295/30 ZR22 or 315/30 ZR22. The ANNIVERSARY I is a single-piece rim with a multi-spoke design which conveys a sense of lightness of foot. HAMANN supplies them in the ‘Silver’ edition with an INOX stainless steel lip adorning the flange. It is possible to fit this rim with the same tire sizes as the PG3.



For export, HAMANN also offers the ANNIVERSARY I rim as a 20 inch version, the ANNIVERSARY II as a 22 inch version and, as the highlight of the rim range for the Range Rover Sport, the ANNIVERSARY RACE rim in a chunky 23 inch design (10.5x23).

The maximum torque of 630 Nm makes it possible to get impressive in-gear performance figures. The limousine can make the sprint from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds instead of the standard 6.5 seconds (add 0.1 s for the estate model). The top speed - HAMANN removes the Vmax governor - increases to 267 km/h. In a second phase (sports version), the 3-litre straight-six engine with a register turbocharger achieves an unbelievable 350 HP/257 kW and applies a titanic 660 Nm to the crankshaft. The acceleration values then improve once again by one-tenth of a second. The resulting 276 km/h is enough to drive one or two sports car drivers to despair. Don't forget, we're talking about a diesel!



Besides diesel tuning, HAMANN of course also offers tuning for gas engines.
Anyone who orders an E60/E61 with the M aerodynamics package (part of the M sports package from the BMW range of products) will find the matching additional aerodynamics components at HAMANN. The front is given especially impressive lines through the competition front spoiler, which reduces the lift. It fits into the M lines perfectly. The classical BMW markings, the double-kidneys, can be masked with a HAMANN kidney cover, which discretely highlights the sportier look.

The crowning for the M6 is the new HAMANN wide body-kit EDITION RACE, which ensures that nobody will cast doubts on the power of this splendorous high-performance automobile.
HAMANN offers its clients three different engine tuning options. The high revving 5-litre V10 with 507 bhp and 520 Nm is limited to 250km/h as standard.



By removing the engine limiter, the racy Bavarian can reach a top speed of 300km/h, depending on the wheel and tyre combination. The second option is made up of a combination of removing the engine limiter and optimising the engine characteristics by reprogramming the standard engine computer. HAMANN manages to tease an additional 30bhp/26kW and 15 Nm out of the V10 engine. The HM/M +60″ sport kit provides even better performance. The kit is made up of high-performance headers, metallic sports catalytic converters, a sports rear silencer, a sports air filter, an engine map optimisation and the removal of engine restrictions. As the name of the sports kit already suggests, the engine then provides around an additional 60bhp/44kW and can provide an extra 54 Nm of torque, meaning that a notably faster top speed of up to 320km/h can be reached.



Wide body kit EDITION RACE
Besides the normal but nevertheless impressive fibreglass body-kit, which covers all sides including front, back, flanks as well as roof and trunk lid (the spoilers for last two mentioned are also available from carbon kevlar) HAMANN offers something even more spectacular.
Who thinks, a stronger car should leave a stronger mark in the rear mirrors of other road users, can ask HAMANN for the wide body-modification EDITION RACE, which extends the vehicles body. The kit consists of an EDITION RACE front spoiler (including upper beam headlights), ER side sills as well as ER front fenders and ER fender extensions to be mounted at the rear. Thanks to this body-kit, the M6 comes close to the DTM race car-looks and lets the vehicle appear more muscular. For fans of motorsports the EDITION RACE-kit is definitely the first choice.



Four stainless steel exhausts, each with a diameter of 90mm are part of the HAMANN 4-pipe sports silencer. With a tone that gives you goose bumps, it tells you all about the potency of this coupe. Simply a must have!
A lowering kit with progressive chassis springs takes care of the lowering of the chassis. The HAMANN M6 then sits 30mm nearer to the tarmac at the front and 25mm at the back. HAMANN offers several metal alloy wheels for the M6. Besides the designs Anniversary I (19 and 20), PG3 (19 and 20) and Anniversary II (20), HAMANN also offers the wheel Edition Race in 20 and 21. HAMANN offers this three-piece, super-light forged wheel with an attractive crossed-spoke design, titanium screw fittings and highly-polished rim flange with a black wheel hub.

Blessed with 343 bhp ex-works, HAMANN tickles a little bit more out of the high-revving engine. Reprogramming the standard engine management system produces an extra 15 bhp (11 kW). Torque rises by 20 Nm. Reprogramming also includes circumvention of the Vmax limit and, after being thus tweaked, the HAMANN Z4 M Coupe reaches 275 km/h.



A great engine needs a great sound. Accordingly, HAMANN offers a 4-tailpipe rear silencer with stainless-steel tailpipes (4 x 76 mm diameter) for the Z4 M Coupe. Even better sound and a more immediate reaction to throttle changes can be achieved by installing a high-performance exhaust manifold and metal sports catalytic converters.



HAMANN provides for even greater agility by fitting progressive suspension springs that lower the ride height by 25 mm. To make the body even stiffer, HAMANN also offers a two-part strut-tower breach (with HAMANN logo), which is fitted at the front.
Two wheel designs in 19 and 20 inches
When it comes to wheels, the HAMANN range has few challengers. In other words, customers have a tempting choice of two aluminium designs and different dimensions for the Z4 M Coupe. HAMANN wheels can also be ordered as complete sets of wheels with tyres.
